f. Bulk Upload Your Listings & Images

The Bulk Upload feature allows you to easily add and update listing information directly from a spreadsheet or your current web site. To make this easy to acheive, we have teamed up with your favorite real estate listing systems. If you use a system that we do not currently list here, then please contact us.

For users of RealtyMX
Please contact your provider or contact us and request the bulk upload function for CityCrybs to be initiated and we will notify you when it is set up and ready to go. There is nothing else to do.

For other users
Please download our bulk upload requirements and our spreadsheet template and start by sending us your first file. You can send us a new file every day by email and we will do the rest.
All files received after 7.30 am will be processed the next day.

System Requirements
All you will need is:

  • Adobe acrobat so you can read the read the file called "Bulk Upload Requirements".
  • MS Excel so you can create and edit your daily uploads.

To download files on Windows/PC machine, right click on the link above and select "save target as..." and save it to your harddrive.

To download files on the MAC, hold you mouse button down on the links above and select "save target as..."
